You hold all rights to any files intended for the use of 3D Printing services, and are not in breech of other companies IP or copyright.

 

Digital Clay Ltd warrants that the services provided will be of satisfactory quality and will meet the specifications agreed upon. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services.

 

All intellectual property, including copyrights and logos, belong to Digital Clay Ltd.

 

Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited. Digital Clay Ltd reserves the right to suspend or cancel member accounts at any time for any reason.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Clay Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services. In no event shall Digital Clay Ltd be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom (UK). Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom Civil Claims Court if no fair and acceptable resolution can be found first.
